What is the significance of the sync symbols in the tree menu?

When a field operator signs into a BlackBox GPS device, in addition to seeing all the tasks assigned to them, they will also have access to a list of farms and fields which are set to sync (for recording ad-hoc tasks). 


The arrows (or sync symbols) displayed in the customer tree indicate whether the customer, farm or field is currently set to sync to any connected BlackBox guidance device.



The customer, farm or field will be sync'd and available to any field operator using a BlackBox GPS Device



 

The customer, farm or field will be omitted when field operators sync using a BlackBox GPS Device



The customer or farm is set to partially sync. 

When this symbol appears next to a farm, there is at least one field below it which will be omitted from the sync.  When this symbol appears next to a customer, there is at least one farm or field below it which will be omitted from the sync.
